FIORE DELLE ALPI
From the greenest and most varied pastures comes a product that retains all the simple, delicious flavours of great mountain cheese made with fresh milk from the Alps. The flavour is mild at the start of ageing, growing more intense and tasty as time goes by. The soft, elastic paste becomes harder and more compact as the ageing process continues.
